Holiday in Bernalda

Bernalda is situated 40 km from Matera and the town’s well-known Sassi.

Today town mostly lives from agriculture. On its 123 km² of land they grow tobacco, wine and oranges, which are often processed by local companies.

The ruins of the ancient city of Metaponto are nearby.
