Here you are staying on a genuine southern Italian farm, where the few guests only make a modest contribution to the farm's economy. The main income comes from the production of a range of farm produce. ...Here are goats, cows, horses, pigs, rabbits and chickens. And olives, figs, maize, corn and vegetables are also grown here. This large production also forms the basis for the farm's excellent restaurant, heavily frequented by the locals and attracting people from far away who want to enjoy the hearty, tasty dishes with plenty of the good local wine.

The food is prepared here as it has been for generations, and it is not subtlety but substance that characterises the dishes. The hospitality and the straightforwardness the owners, Stefano and Angelo, and the others on the farm display contributes to making any stay or meal at Zio Cristoforo a heart-warming experience. You want to come here again and again! Agriturismo Zio Cristoforo is an excellent base for exploring the wonderful scenery in the area, or for excursions to the many interesting and peaceful towns in the region. All guests have free use of the farm car park.

In the autumn of 2003 they built an impresive swimming pool, so guests can swim and enjoy the sun by the house and not have to go to the beach. By the pool you can buy soft drinks from the small bar.

The bedrooms are in two separate buildings, each has its advantages and disadvantages. The swimming pool is sited along the path between the two buildings; however it is closest to the dependance.
- Azienda: On the first floor of the farm itself there are two large bedrooms with double bed and space for a third bed in each. They both have terrace with garden furniture and views over the Velia bay. Here you live in the same house as the owners and the restaurant is just below on the ground floor.
-Dependance: There are 8 rooms in the annex (150 m from the restaurant). On the ground floor there are four large bedrooms, two with double bed and space for two extra beds in each, and two with double bed and space for one extra bed in each. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms with double bed and space for two extra beds in each. Both rooms have own terrace with garden furniture and views over the sea and countryside. The last bedrooms on the first floor have a double bed and a single bed.
All the rooms have bathroom with shower, toilet and aircondition.
