Azienda Agricola Barone Antonio Negri

Agriturismo Barone Antonio Negri is located in the small town Gaiano di Fisciano, approx. 20 km from the sea by the Amalfi coast and 40 km from Pompeii. The farm owns several hectares around the town, but the accommodation is in the old villa in town or in the country house just out of the small town, where Baron Negri's daughter and her husband have converted some delightful rooms, a restaurant and outdoor facilities including a swimming pool, hydro massage and terraces.

The farm produces organic goods including mozzarella, charcuteri, olive oil, wine, pickled vegetables, nuts, walnuts, biscuits, cakes…in fact everything local agricultural traditions allow. At the farm ...restaurant it is possible to sample all the delicious produce prepared by local women.

The swimming pool has been newly refurbished in 2007. A magnificent raised terrace around the pool has sun umbrellas and chairs. By the pool there is also a room with sauna and Turkish bath for the cooler periods.

The charming owner also keeps a number of animals on the grounds. Children can look forward to seeing rabbits, chicken, ducks, pigs and the star of the farm, Serafina, a small donkey of the kind that once used to help the farmers in their daily work.

The owner's villa has a comfortable reception, music room and several terraces, where breakfast and dinner are served when weather permits. The rooms are totally renovated and they are all spacious and pleasantly furnished with TV and en suite bathroom.
Room Bamby with breakfast
- The room Bamby has its own entrance in the owner's villa and has a lovely view of the countryside. The room has a double bed and can sleep and extra two if required. The bathroom is equipped with toilet and bath tub.
Room Ciop with breakfast
- The room Ciop has its own entrance and enjoys a view of the countryside. The room has a double bed and can sleep two extra if required. The bathroom is equipped with shower. This room has a wonderful view of the volcano Vesuvius which stands above Naples and its bay.
Room Cip with breakfast
- The room Cip has its own entrance and has a double bed and can sleep 2 extra if required. The bathroom has a toilet and shower.
Room Coniglietto with breakfast
- The room Coniglietto has a sleeping loft, with the double bed. The room has its own entrance, bathroom with toilet and shower and can sleep up to 2 people.
Room Lupo Alberto with breakfast
- The room Lupo Alberto has its own entrance and has a double bed and single bed plus bathroom with toilet and shower. The room is suitable for the disabled.
Room La Mangiatoria with breakfast
- Room La Mangiatoia is in the owner's villa, where the horses used to sleep in the old days. It has now been restored and charmingly furnished and is today one of the most beautiful rooms in the house. It has a private bathroom with toilet and shower. There approx. 300 meters from the owner's villa to the country house entrance and some more steps to the swimming pool.
