The retired admiral Pio Bracco has forsaken the sea and taken up country pursuits in the old vicarage, where he has lived since year 2000.

Next to the vicarage, which dates back to the 16th century, there is a smallish farmhouse on one side and the old church on the other. The place has been restored and furnished in country style. There ...is plenty of space by the vicarage and the farmhouse for relaxing, playing boccia or swimming in the new pool. Pio Bracco will prepare supper for those who want it. Arrangements are made on site with the fit elderly admiral who speaks very good English.

The apartments are spacious and all fitted with a functional kitchen and bathroom. The one room appartment Cinciallegra will not be available in 2010, however these two room appartments will:

- Apartment Cinciallegra is approx. 45 m˛ and situated on the ground floor. It consists of a large living room with kitchenette and fireplace plus night area with double bed, bathroom and also has a little loggia. It is possible to get an extra bed.
- The apartment Rondine is approx. 55 m˛ and on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchenette. On the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed and bathroom. It is possible to have two extra beds made up in the apartment.
- The apartment Pettirosso is approx. 55 m˛ and on the ground floor. There are however, 4 steps up to the apartment. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and fireplace, bedroom with double bed and bathroom It is possible to have two extra beds made up in the apartment.
