La Casa delle Zie is found in one of the oldest and most charismatic areas in Sampieri. Originally the building was a one storey fisherman's cottage. During the sixties it was extended upwards with one storey and the front was rebuilt. Shopping, ice cream bars, cafés and - in the peak season – a beach restaurant are all within 150 m of the house. The nearest pizzeria is in the higher part of town, approx. 600 m from the house.
The house stands at the end of the splendid square, just opposite the cliffs and the lovely sandy beach. It has 4 three-room apartments. The atmosphere is quite unique, furnishings and facilities are ...very simple and suitable for guests who do not set too much store by kitchen equipment and décor, but who want to enjoy the weather, atmosphere and surroundings.

The apartments all enjoy sea views and have terrace (ground floor) or balcony (first floor).
