Holiday in Torbole sul Garda

Torbole – originally a fishing village – was founded on the delta of the River Sarca. Today, thanks to its mild climate, the town is a recognized health spa destination attracting many visitors all year round.  The small inviting harbour and La Vecchia Dogana (the old customs house) is the perfect place for a romantic evening stroll.

Torbole is also one of the trendiest destinations in the Lake Garda area. Every summer young people from all over Europe flock to this part of the lake for its superb windsurfing conditions.  And the fun doesn’t stop there as when the sun goes down. Torbole has a great after-surfing party scene, similar to that of the famous skiing resorts.

A lot of people visit Torbole for outdoor pursuits, such as sailing, windsurfing, horse riding, trekking, mountain biking, paragliding and hang gliding. 

The town also has a wide variety of restaurants, shops and nightclubs.
