Holiday in Bibione
Bibione is one of the best-known destinations in Italy partly because of its close proximity to Venice (90 km north east) and partly because of its wide beach with very fine sand. Bibione has moved on since the sixties by focusing on family-friendly surroundings and an efficient level of service. As a result, it is easy to get on here as most of the locals speak at least some English and German.
![]() ![]() Piazzale Zenith, just opposite the beach, is one of the liveliest meeting places in town. Only a few steps from here and you are in the walking street, Corso Europa, where you can buy both local produce as well as brand names (clothes, shoes etc.). ![]() ![]() No child should ever be bored in this town for apart from the many beach activities on offer all the holiday centres have things going on - even for the youngest members of the family. The town itself offers mini golf, boccia, tennis, horse riding, skating, a funfair and more. The grown-ups can play golf on a nearby course, go shopping in the local street market (on Tuesdays) enjoy the perenially excellent Italian cooking in one of the numerous restaurants or just relax with their children nearby. ![]() ![]() Between Bibione and Bibione Lido del Sole there are spa centres with adjoining beauty centres. If you need a good massage or feel like trying a mud bath it is worth spending a few hours here. This is an opportunity for you to further improve your looks, if sunbathing is not enough! ![]() ![]() Culturally, however, the town has little to offer. You will find no medieval centre or large museums here, but there are plenty of interesting excursions close at hand
