In the 1300 this Tower was of military importance and marked the boundary between the Longbards and the Byzantines. Today the Tower which has been carefully restored and transformed in to a grand and comfortable holiday Villa.

![]() Thanks to the outstanding renovation the Torre di Vignale has recaptured the allure of its time withered grandeur. Only the majestic presence of the tower can out do its serine surroundings of thick oaks, ...chestnut woods and rolling green hills. At a height of around 600 meters above sea level, even on the hottest summer days the Tower enjoys a more manageable temperature especially at night, ensuring comfortable nights sleep. ![]() ![]() Inside the tower has been for the most part furnished in antiques so to keep with its traditional and historical nature, while Paola (the owner) is happy to cook fine local dishes for added flavor. Outside there is a beautiful swimming pool (11 x 5), outdoor dinning area with BBQ and wood burning oven. Villa sleeps 14/16
- The villa is on three floors. You reach the first floor via a traditional stone staircase. Here there is a living room with fireplace, a large kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with slightly smaller double bed and two bathrooms with shower. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with double bed, each with own bathroom with shower. On the third floor there is another living room with fireplace and sofa bed for two people, bathroom with shower plus a sleeping loft with double bed.
