There is a beautiful swimming pool (5 x 10 m) in the large garden, only a few meters from the house, where children can play in absolute tranquility while the adults relax in the sun, admiring the beautiful view of the valley below. The garden area, shaded by old trees and olive trees, is completely surrounded by a fence and equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Villa sleeps 6 (100 m˛): FIRST FLOOR: access via external stone staircase, large sitting-dining room with fireplace, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. SECOND FLOOR: access via wooden staircase, composed of two single bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath. EQUIPMENT: washing machine, TV, oven, freezer.
