Il Casale Etrusco

Il Casale Etrusco is an old farm which, following complete renovation, was opened as a holiday complex in 1997.

It is converted into 26 apartments, covering two larger buildings and a smaller house. The three houses surround a small piazza. All apartments are restored and furnished in accordance with Tuscan building traditions.

The farm is only 3.5 km from the beach and approx. 8 km from the small town of Bolgheri, much loved and treasured by wine lovers. Il Casale Etrusco stands on a plain, and the flat area is excellent for biking. A main road runs 150 m from the farm.

By the main building there is a reception, swimming pool (swim cap is obligatory), car park, playground for children and barbecue. In Donoratico (2 km) there are shops, including supermarket, doctor and pharmacist. Satellite TV, safe, garden chairs and table are available in all apartments.

Two room apartment Piccolo sleeps 4
- The apartments consist of a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed and own bathroom. They are either on the ground floor or first floor.
Two room apartment Casetta sleeps 2
- Little detached house with all rooms on the ground floor. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and fireplace, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with toilet and shower. The house is opposite the main building.
Two room apartment Grande sleeps 6
- The apartments consist of a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette in the living room, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with toilet and shower. A spiral staircase leads up to the sleeping loft on the first floor, where there are two single beds or a double bed.
3-room apartment sleeps 6
- The apartments consist of a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with toilet and shower. They are either on the ground or first floor.
