Le Querciole is located outside Casciana Terme and enjoys a lovely view over the surrounding hills right up to Volterra. You can see it silhouetted on the furthest hilltop.

A short promenade leads to the centre of Casciana Terme. Along with the restaurants and cafés in the square there is often music here in the summer.

Le Querciole has approx. 9 hectares of land with olive trees, fruit orchards and vineyards. The great Gian Luigi, who owns the place, loves to present his wines in the small taverna in the house.

On site there is a large garden with barbecue and garden furniture for every apartment, a splendid 15 x 8 m swimming pool with children's pool and car park. Guests are welcome to pick fruit on the farm.

The house dates back to the end of the 1800s, and has been recently restored, and at the same time converted into six spacious and well furnished apartments. They all have a magnificent rustic kitchen with four gas rings and refrigerator as well as own heating system, so you don't need to feel the cold in the low season. All of the apartments also have aircondition. Four of the apartments are on the ground floor, and the other two are on the first floor.

The 2-room apartment Limone sleeps 4 (ground floor)
- The apartment is on the ground floor to the left and is 50 m². It has a living room with kitchenette (four gas rings and fridge with freezer box) and sofa bed for two people, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. The apartment has its own terrace in front of the entrance door with table and four chairs.
The 2-room apartment Fico sleeps 4 (ground floor)
- The apartment is on the ground floor to the right and is 50 m². It has a living room with kitchenette (four gas rings and fridge with freezer box) and sofa bed for two people, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. The apartment has its own outdoor area in front of the front door with table and four chairs.
The 2-room apartment Uva sleeps 4 (ground floor)
- The apartment is on the ground floor between Pesca and Fico and is 50 m². It consists of a living room with kitchenette (four gas rings and fridge with freezer box) and sofa bed for two people, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. The apartment has its own outdoor area in front of the entrance door with table and four chairs.
The 2-room apartment Ciliegia sleeps 4 (1st floor)
- The apartment is on the first floor to the left and is 50 m² and has a living room with kitchenette (four gas rings and fridge with freezer box) and sofa bed for two people, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. The apartment has its own area in the garden with table and four chairs.
The 3-room apartment Pesca sleeps 6 (ground floor)
- The apartment is on the ground floor between Limone and Uva and is 65 m². It consists of a living room with kitchenette (four gas rings and fridge with freezer box) and sofa bed for two people, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds (can be pushed together to form a double bed) and bathroom with shower. The apartment has its own terrace with table and six chairs in front of the entrance door.
The 3-room apartment Fragola sleeps 6 (1st floor)
- The apartment is on the first floor to the right and is 65 m². It has a living room with kitchenette (four gas rings and fridge with freezer box) and sofa bed for two people, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds (can be made into a double bed) and bathroom with shower. The apartment has its own reserved area in the garden with table and six chairs.
