La Casa in Collina has a panoramic view from its hill side position. The grounds surrounding the property are completely fenced ensuring total privacy and added security for guests. The great location and surprisingly good roads in the valley mean that Arezzo, Castiglion Fiorentino, Cortona and Lake Trasimeno are all within a few minutes drive. Tuscany’s more famous cities of Siena and Florence are around half an hour away ensuring a day trip sightseeing is not out of the question.
The House has a sunny position amoungst the Olive Groves along with a large garden, good sized swimming pool (14x6m), heated Jacuzzi, and out door dining area with wood burning oven and BBQ.

The Balcony with its cane furniture and armchairs leads to the inside of this comfortably furnished house. Following the lay of the land the rooms flow over split levels giving open space and all the creature comforts including, Microwave, Freezer, high chair for the kids, dish-washer, washing machine and Satellite TV.
