A fabulous villa dating back to the early 1900s, The house forms part of a large estate which produces olive oil. Here in the hills outside the idyllic old town of
Loro Ciuffenna it is possible to enjoy the outstanding scenery and marvel at the fact that relatively few tourists come to this eastern part of
Tuscany.
The villa sits high in the landscape (450 m above sea level), making it quite cool even in the height of summer. If you have to go to Loro Ciuffenna, it is a lovely 3 km walk along a small path.

The villa's 160 m˛ are split over two floors. On the ground floor there is the impressive loggia, where you can eat outside most of the year, hall, and living room with fire place, kitchen /dining room and bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with double bed (one of which also has a sofa bed for one person), bedroom with two single beds, and bathroom.
The villa also has a washing machine, dishwasher and satellite TV.
