An excellent villa for those who do not want to forsake their comfort, close vicinity to town or lovely views. With just 3 km to the idyllic little town Lucignano, between Siena and Arezzo, Villa Fosca is a good choice if you want both something to see and rural peace and quiet.
A large covered terrace runs along two of the four sides of the villa and provides cool shade in the hottest part of the day. In the garden there is a 12 x 6 m swimming pool. Naturally there is garden ...furniture, so you can eat – and drink – outside. Should there be any problems, the owner does not live far away. The villa is very nicely furnished and contains washing machine and dishwasher.

Villa with 8 beds (150 m˛): - The villa's 150 m˛ are on two floors with entrance on the ground floor, where there is a kitchen/family room with fireplace, large living room with fireplace and sofa bed for two people plus bathroom with toilet with shower. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of which with double bed and one with two single beds, bathroom with toilet with shower and bath tub plus toilet. From the ground floor there is access to the wide colonnade which runs around half of the villa and to the large terrace by the swimming pool.
