Il Cantiere Navale was originally a shipping yard founded in 1946 and prestigiously opened by a noble count, today a splendid holiday centre stands in its place. The Apartments are nestled between the sand dunes and pines trees with the eye-catching main building and swimming pool being the centre piece of this beach front complex.
There are total of 8 apartment blocks consisting of 176 apartments on this 25 hectare property. Each apartment has been thoughtfully constructed to fulfill its purpose offering comfort and practicality ...in a tasteful modern style. The beach is considered one of the safest swimming beaches in Italy. This is because of its gentle slopping gradient, which perfect for children of all ages.

The main building has a reception, bar with take-away pizzeria, two restaurants, small mini market and a coin operated laundry. The obligatory club card covers swimming pools and use of sun umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach as well as use of playground for children. About 500 m from the main building there is a tennis court, archery (only available with instructor), golf practice ranges and outdoor theatre where evening entertainment is arranged from the second week of June until the midle of September, swimming pool for adults, children's pool and hydro massage. During the day various lessons are arranged in tennis, swimming, aerobics and dancing. Children between the ages of 5 and 12 can take part in mini clubs, but parents should be aware of possible language difficulties.
The apartments are on the ground, first and second floor. They are all newly furnished and bright. They are equipped with kitchen corner (2 electric hot plates and refrigerator), telephone, satellite TV and, on payment of a supplement, air conditioning. Furthermore the apartments have outdoor terrace with garden furniture where you can enjoy your meals.

- The apartments consist of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom / toilet plus terrace with garden furniture. It is possible to have an extra bed made up for an extra charge.

- The apartments consist of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for two people (most suited for children), bedroom with double bed, bedroom with a bunk bed, bathroom / toilet plus terrace or balcony with garden furniture.
