La Ferrette is just 3 km from Montecantini town centre where guest can find boutique shopping, parks and gardens, sporting facilities like golf, tennis and horse racing. There are also plenty of restaurants, ...cafes, bars, pubs and clubs where guest can wine, dine and dance away the evening hours. On top of all that don't forget the medicinal thermal spas in which the town is famous.

The Villa its self is a restored mansion which sits amidst olive grooves and woods on a completely fenced 100.000 m˛ estate. The furnishings are of country styling with terracotta tiled floors and wooden beamed ceilings. There are fantastic views from the swimming pool and terrace along with sun loungers, and a gazebo with table and chairs for al fresco dinning with a view and the ever compulsory BBQ.
Villa sleeps 20 (600 m˛): As a single Villa there is ample space for 20 people with all the modcons a large group would require such as satellite tv, play rooms, large living areas in doors and out and more than 1 bathroom to every bedroom.
The villa is rented in one unit but could be divided into two apartments:
Left half of the villa: ground floor: entrance into a small living room with couches, TV, bar with professional coffee-machine, sink, dining room, kitchen with 2 stoves (one with 4 the other with 5 flames), oven, 2 fridges/freezers, crushed-ice-machine, dishwasher, 1 double bedroom with 1 small bathroom with shower (without cubicle), toilet, bidet. 1st floor: 6 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 7 bathrooms each with shower cubicle, toilet, bidet.
Right half of the villa: Entrance on the back of the house on the lower floor: spacious living dining room with couches, upholstered furniture, table, fire-place, kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 1 separate toilet, 1 spacious bathroom convenient for handicapped persons with shower, toilet, bidet. A few steps higher: play-room. Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms and 4 bathrooms each with shower cubicle, toilet, bidet
