Villa Fornacino is a restored 17th century Armaiolo brickworks farm house, Armaiolo brick and tiles are well know for the fine local clay that is used. The house has a good position with views over the village of Armaiolo and the beautiful country side below.
In highest part of the garden there is a good sized swimming pool (6x12) and gazebo with sun loungers. From here guests can also enjoy the wonderful view while taking shade from the hot summer sun.

The house isn't far from the Siena-Bettolle motorway and one can reach Siena in about 15 minutes and both Florence and Arezzo in less than an hour. While Armaiolo village is around 20 minutes away shopping can be done in the small village of Rapolano Terme which is only 2 km.
Villa sleeps 8 (180 m˛): - Ground floor: kitchen-dining room, small sitting room and boiler room with washing machine.
- First floor: easy access via an internal wooden staircase or directly from the garden which is at a higher level (where the swimming pool is), large and light sitting-room with fireplace, three double bedrooms each with a bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with bathroom with shower. One bathroom is suitable for the disabled (except for the shower).
- Equipment: freezer, dish-washer, washing machine, SAT TV, oven.
