Borgo degli Ulivi is located by the entrance to Riotorto (approx. 100 m), less than 3 km from the sea in the fascinating Maremma. As the name suggests the place is surrounded by olive trees which brighten up the green areas and the garden.

In the summer season (from 1 May till 30 September) the swimming pools on site are open (an adult one 12 x 25 m and a smaller one for children). The children are free to run or crawl around the playground. ...Evening entertainment is arranged on site for the young (and older) guests, so expect music to be part of the holiday.

The restaurant on site can seat up to 250 guests and serves local as well as more general Italian food. Please note there is also a conference room seating 240 people and at times meetings are likely to take place.

The 41 apartments all have terrace or private garden with garden furniture, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone and safe deposit box. Two of them have bathrooms suitable for guests with walking disabilities.

Two room apartments sleeps 4
- The apartments are either on the ground floor or on the first floor and are approx. 55 m˛. They consist of a living room with two single beds and kitchenette plus dining table, bedroom with double bed, two bathrooms with toilet and shower plus hairdryer, terrace or private garden with garden furniture.
The rooms all have a terrace or a wide balcony with table and chairs, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe deposit box, minibar, wi-fi internet connection, and bathroom with toilet, shower and hairdryer. Family room consists of two "connecting-rooms", which each has its own bathroom and can host up to 5 persons.
