San Giustino Valdarno lies in an idyllic river valley about 20 km from Arezzo and 65 km from Florence.

The town’s origins date back to the 12th century where it was founded along a trading route off the Via Cassia. San Giustino Valdarno is one of a group of towns that became known as the ”Setteponti" route because of the seven bridges you had to cross along the way.

In recent years, vineyards in the San Guistino Valdarno area have been flourishing. The town also has a good selection of shops, restaurants, cafés and, of course, a weekly market.
