The House sits at the foot of the great plateau Pratomagno. The plateau is home to many delicious charcuterie products and fine cheeses, and very close to the Casentino valley, which is an undisturbed idyll offering numerous excursion opportunities. If you want to visit the great sights Arezzo is 20 minutes away with Siena and Florence being no more than an hour.
The house is large (200 m˛) and stylishly furnished. The large garden has a variety of furniture and a 10 x 5 m swimming pool (with views!).
- On the ground floor there is a laundry room with bathroom and washing machine.
- On the first floor there is a large living room with sofa bed for two, lounge with fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher, three bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms, one of which has a bath.
