Villa San Giorgio is part of Tenuta Quarrata and shares the same facilities: large swimming pool (25 x 12,5 m) and car parking. On payment of a supplement it is possible to use the tennis court, hire bicycles, book gliding tours, go horse riding or go on sailing trips from Marina di Pisa to the island of Capraia.

The villa is surrounded by a well established garden and is divided into three apartments, two of which are rented out. The owners live in the third apartment.

The apartments are well furnished and the place enjoys a genuine Tuscan atmosphere. The apartments have access to the large loggia under the roof, which is split into two parts. They are on the 2nd floor which can be reached by elevator.

- Apartment Etrusco (approx. 100 m˛) consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment also has access to the house's covered roof terrace/loggia, from where there is an amazing view.
3-room apartment Tuscania, 2nd floor
- Apartment Tuscania (approx. 165 m˛) consists of a very large living room with kitchenette and two double sofa beds, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms, both with shower and toilet. The apartment also has access to the house's covered roof terrace/loggia, from where there is an amazing view.
