In the middle of Tirrenia's centre, the Residence Continental complex is only 50 m from the water. It consists of two wings, two storeys high with 50 apartments in each.

There is a reception, coin operated launderette, private parking, fitness room, playground, children's pool and swimming pool. The complex has its own private beach with restaurant and bar, and with facilities ...for sporting activities including volley ball, boccia, canoeing, windsurfing and hire of water bikes.

The obligatory Tessera club card allows free entrance to welcome meetings, tennis tournaments, various daily activities, cabaret, evening entertainment, plays, use of canoes and windsurf boards (as long as stock lasts), beach volley ball, boccia, mini billiard, table tennis, and mini club for children between 4 and l0 years old at certain times. The club card entitles each apartment to one sun umbrella and two chairs. Use of other sun loungers incurs an extra charge.

Approx. 1 km from Residence Club Continental Resort there are tennis courts and football grounds, which are available with a discount on presentation of your Tessera Club card, and approx. 2 km away there are two golf courses – one with 9 holes and one with 18.

The apartments, which can be on the ground, first or second floor, are spacious and equipped with TV and – on payment of a supplement – air conditioning.

- The apartments consist of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, night area with double bed, bathroom and patio.

- The apartments are either on one or two floors. They consist of a living room with kitchenette and with two single- or a double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom and terrace or patio.
3-room apartment for 6 people
- The apartments are on one or two floors. They consist of a living room with kitchenette and with two singles or a double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom and terrace or patio.
