Consumption
Everyone must pay this supplement to be allowed to stay in the apartment. This is not payment on account but a fixed daily or weekly amount. We have decided not to let this amount be part of the rent, partly because less VAT is imposed and partly because the owners also make their holiday accommodation look cheaper to those who do not read ‘the small print’.
