We had a great vacation, Italy is beautiful and the people are extremely friendly. My feedback about Isola Rossa is that I would recommend pre-renting a car, the ferries are always late and when we arrived, the car rental place had closed so we had to take a 120 EURO taxi to our apartment. The apartment was great, perfect location! I would also recommend that visitors should know basic Italian as most people did not know any English.
