Looking at this marvellous new villa it is evident that the owner himself was involved in the construction and interior design and that he also lives here. Although the house is fairly new, it gives the impression of being a converted 16th century house! Here you find 14 apartments for rent, all tastefully furnished and within 900 m of the centre of Palinuro.

The house is set back from the road so traffic noise is not a problem. Covered parking is available for guests' cars.

The 7 x 14 m swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace approx. 200 m² large. The delightful garden covers more then 3000 m² with lawn, shrubs and fruit trees, and it also has a small play area for children and a barbecue.

The apartments are placed in the different buildings around the pool and they are either on the ground, first or second floor. Apartments with the same letter are in the same building. They all have private balcony or terrace with table and chairs. All the apartments have bathroom, TV and well equipped kitchen. The owners live in the main house so there is always somebody at home and the husband speaks English.
