When is it available?

Often Sicily is perceived as an island with a scorched and bone dry landscape, but this is far from always the case. At Le Case nel Verde you are more likely to feel you are in the middle of a green oasis than in the desert. Of course, this is because the farm runs a plant nursery as well as renting out holiday apartments. Salvatore and his French wife, Pascale, receive their guests with great hospitality and warmth. They are very helpful and supportive if your French or Italian is a bit rusty, and Salvatore also has a rare ability for an Italian – he speaks very good English having worked in Great Britain for years.

At Le Case nel Verde the big garden enables you to enjoy the shade and the green environment. Great beaches are only 10-15 minutes away by car. It is also easy to visit some of the many attractions in the area including The Valley of the Temples, Selinunte or Piazza Armerina. There is only 2 km to Sciacca where you can do all your shopping, and only 1 km to the nearest restaurants so you don't have to worry about who is going to drive home..

The views over the coast and the sea are spectacular from the garden of the old farmhouse where the apartments are located. They are all decorated in a tasteful and simple style. All apartments have gas cooker, refrigerator, TV and hair dryer. There is a car park by the house and shared washing machine for use by the guests.

Apartment Alice
- The apartment is approx. 55 m² and on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large terrace with garden furniture on to the living room with kitchenette. There is also a bathroom with toilet and bath tub. On the first floor, from where there is a view of the valley, there is a large room with a desk and sofa plus an alcova with single bed and double room. It is possible to set up an extra bed in the apartment, if required. The apartment is also equipped with a hi-fi with CD-player. The apartment also has been newly equiped with air-conditioning

Apartment Praga
- This apartment is next to Monika and is approx. 40 m². On the ground floor there is a kitchen-dining room, living room with single bed and bathroom with toilet and shower. In the attic there is a bedroom with double bed. The apartment has its own covered terrace with garden furniture. The apartment also has heating, TV and stereo.

Apartment Monika
- The apartment is approx. 50 m² and is on two levels. On the garden level there is the entrance and a big rustic kitchen-dining room with sofa bed (small double). The attic is on the next level and has a single bed. There is also access from here to the bedroom with double bed plus air conditioning. The apartment has heating, TV, stereo plus garden with garden furniture of approx. 60 m².

Apartment Arianna
- The apartment is on the first floor and is approx. 40 m². An outdoor staircase leads up to the apartment's terrace with garden furniture, from where there is access to the living room with kitchenette and dining table plus air conditioning. From living room it's a few steps down to the bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk beds and bathroom with shower. It also has heating, TV and stereo.

Apartment Angelika
- Apartment Angelika is approx. 70 m² and consists of a kitchen-dining room, two bedrooms with double bed, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with toilet and shower. The apartment also has a large terrace with an open green area plus covered barbecue area with garden furniture. The apartment has heating, TV and stereo.

Apartment Pauline
- Large apartment of approx. 120 m², on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, piano, sofa and armchair plus satellite TV and stereo. Next to the living room is a kitchen and bathroom with toilet and shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with toilet and bath tub. The apartment has its own garden of 160 m² with own barbecue. The garden is equipped with garden furniture. The apartment also has been newly equiped with air-conditioning
