New apartment complex in the middle of a large green area, approx. 400 m from the town and beach. On the ground's 230 hectares there are two tennis courts, swimming pool, children's pool, and a large sun terrace with deckchairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers.


There is also a villa going back to Napoleon's time. It has a café, TV lounge, sauna, bathing facilities and changing room. To use the villa's facilities you have to have a club card (see prices at the bottom of page). Other facilities close to the apartments include coin-operated launderette and reception. There is a garage space allocated to each apartment.


Club House-card (not obligatory) covers entrance to the swimming pool, sauna and changing rooms, bar and lounges in the Club House. It also gives a discount on the tennis courts.


The apartments are dotted around the park surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. They are all spacious and well furnished, with own entrance and terrace (some also have gardens).


One room apartment sleeps 2 (A)
- One room apartments sleep two and consist of a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, bathroom with bath tub and terrace with garden furniture.
Two room apartment sleeps 4 (B)
- Two room apartments sleep four and consist of a living room with double sofa bed, little kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bath tub and terrace with garden furniture.
Two room apartment sleeps 4 (C)
- Two room apartments with two entrances, one from the private garden, the other from the park. They sleep four and consist of a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bath tub, terrace with garden furniture, private garden or balcony.
3-room apartment sleeps 6 (D)
- The 3-room apartments sleeps 6 and consist of a living room with double sofa bed, little kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with bath tub and terrace with garden furniture.
3-room apartment sleeps 6 (E)
- The 3-room apartments have two entrances, one from the private garden, another from the park. They sleep six and consist of a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, two bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with bath tub, terrace with garden furniture, private garden or balcony.
4-room apartment sleeps 8 (F)
- 4-room apartments have two entrances, one from the private garden, another from the park. They sleep eight and consist of a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, three bedrooms with double bed, a bathroom with bath tub and another bathroom with shower, terrace with garden furniture, private garden or balcony.
