This complex is located in the middle of the enchanting bay of Marina di Campo and only a few meters from a wide sandy beach encircled by pinewoods.

The apartments are surrounded by a large well kept green area. There is a coin-operated launderette, shared shower in the garden and private parking. In addition there is a volley ball court and bicycles at the guests' disposal.

In total there are 26 apartments either on the ground or the first floor. All the apartments are in terraced houses and have TV, kitchen and own bathroom.

The studio apartments have own verandah and a small front garden. At the back there is a large terrace.
The apartments on the first floor have a large balcony with chairs and sun umbrella.
