Villa Rosi and its large green garden is situated only 700 m from the beach. It is a quiet, calm and peaceful place. If you miss town life, Capoliveri is less than 5 km away with all its restaurants and activities.

Villa Rosi has a reception with safe deposit boxes, TV lounge, playground, shared barbecue area, and table tennis. Mini market, restaurant and pizzeria are all approx. 500 m from the apartments. Sailing sports are on offer on the beach, and sun umbrellas and sun loungers are for hire.

The main building has 9 apartments either on the ground floor or on the first floor. The ground floor ones have a small terrace, and the first floor apartments have balcony.

The apartments consist of a living room with double sofa bed and up to two other beds, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. They are situated on the first floor. It is also possible to get an extra bed made up in the apartment.

The apartments are in the main building, either on the first floor or at raised ground floor level. They consist of a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bathroom and terrace or balcony with garden furniture.

The apartments are in the main building on the ground floor and consist of a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bathroom and terrace with garden furniture. Note that the bathroom is off the bedroom and not the corridor.
