This new apartment block contains 40 apartments in total. Residence Litoraneo is located along the lively beach promenade right by the beach in Rimini Marina. There is a swimming pool, 24 hour reception, coin operated launderette and a car park.

Several shops, restaurants, pizzeria and cafés are within easy reach of the apartments.
On the nearest beach there is a charge for hiring sun umbrella and sun loungers.

The place is ideal for families with children, and for visitors, who want a decent standard in the centre of town. We would not recommend Residence Litoraneo to young people who want to go to Rimini to party and enjoy the bright night life as the management of the Residence will not tolerate any noise or disturbances at night.

The apartments are well furnished and all have air conditioning, telephone, TV, safe deposit box and balcony. There is also a kitchenette, with oven, and a hair dryer in the bathroom.
