| Tenuta Regina is located by the Marano lagoon along the old road that went from Venice to Trieste. This is a farm with more than 180 hectares of land. If truth be known, the area was literally stolen from the lagoon after the 1st World War by way of serious reclamation work. Since then the Pasti family has owned the land. Giorgio, who manages the farm today, still talks about how his grandfather won back the land and established himself here. The property borders the Stella river and the Marano Nature Oasis protected by the WWF. Birds from northern Europe and Africa spend the winter and summer here respectively, in a unique and beautiful landscape. In the oasis there are the famous casoni, traditional wooden houses built in the lagoon – once poor and uncomfortable accommodation for the local fishermen, but today they are used especially for celebratory events. If you want to spend a day on the beach, Lignano is only 25 km from here, if you drive around the lagoon. Venice is only 90 km away and Trieste 70 km. The nearest shops are in Piancada, approx. 2 km from the farm. |

Tenuta Regina is made up of three houses, and the different apartments are split over the three buildings. House Masorini - is located right opposite the swimming pool and is split into three identical 2-room apartments (approx. 50 m²) which are all on the ground floor. All apartments consist of living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette with four rings, oven and refrigerator, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, and covered terrace with garden furniture. |

House Le Folaghe - is located 400 m from the swimming pool. The house has two 2-room apartments on the ground floor, and two 3-room apartments on the first floor. -2-room apartments consist of living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette with 4 rings, oven and refrigerator, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, and covered terrace with garden furniture. - 3-room apartments consist of living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette with four rings, oven and refrigerator, two bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with shower, and large balcony with garden furniture. At Le Folaghe there is a laundry room with washing machine and storage for bicycles. |

Apartment Airone (ca. 145 m²) - located in the farm owner's villa, approx. 100 m from the swimming pool. It sleeps a maximum of 7 people and is split over two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen/dining room with oven and refrigerator, living room with two sofa beds, laundry room, bathroom with shower, and covered terrace with garden furniture. On the first floor there is a bedroom with single bed, bedroom with two single beds, bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bath tub. |
