Residence Li Menduli is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the road between the lovely La Cinta beach and the centre of San Teodoro, about 800 m from each.

In San Teodoro there are a number of shops, restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacist and discotheque. It is also possible to go horse riding, play tennis or use the diving centre.

The apartments are on the ground or first floor. They have a covered terrace with access to the garden, or a balcony. Although the furnishing is basic the apartments have everything you could need. Each apartment is also allocated one parking space.
