Residence Quattro Stagioni consists of 4 buildings situated in a green and peaceful neighbourhood amidst orchards and olive groves. The beach is approx. 400 m away, shops 200 m away, and the town centre 600 m.


There is a reception with facilities for safekeeping of valuables, lounge, bar, restaurant, garden, play area, car park and elevator (one building is without an elevator). There is also a swimming pool on site, children's pool, tennis courts and bicycles. From the end of May till the middle of September evening entertainment by the swimming pool is arranged twice a week. Sun loungers and sun umbrellas are for hire on the beach.


The apartments are simply furnished, and all have telephone and satellite TV.


One room apartment sleeps 2 (A2 g)
- The apartments are 20-22 m². They consist of a living room with double- or two single sofa beds and kitchenette (with fridge and gas or electric hotplate) and bathroom. Two of the apartments are situated on the ground floor and have a garden, while two others do not.

- The apartments are approx. 35 m². They consist of a living room with double sofa beds and kitchenette (with fridge and gas or electric hotplate), bathroom and balcony or garden.
One room apartment sleeps 3 (A3 b)
- The apartments are approx. 35 m². They consist of a living room with two double sofa beds and kitchenette (with fridge and gas or electric hotplates), bathroom and balcony or garden.

- The apartments are approx. 35 m². They consist of a living room with two double sofa beds and kitchenette (with fridge and gas or electric hotplates), bathroom and balcony or garden.
Two room apartment in the attic sleeps 4 (B4 m)
- The apartments are approx. 70 m². They consist of a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette (with fridge and gas or electric rings), bedroom with double bed and two pull-out beds and bathroom. The apartments in the attic have smaller windows and no balcony.
