Le Querciole is located outside Casciana Terme and enjoys a lovely view over the surrounding hills right up to Volterra. You can see it silhouetted on the furthest hilltop.
A short promenade leads to the centre of Casciana Terme. Along with the restaurants and cafés in the square there is often music here in the summer.
Le Querciole has approx. 9 hectares of land with olive trees, fruit orchards and vineyards. The great Gian Luigi, who owns the place, loves to present his wines in the small taverna in the house.
On site there is a large garden with barbecue and garden furniture for every apartment, a splendid 15 x 8 m swimming pool with children's pool and car park. Guests are welcome to pick fruit on the farm.
The house dates back to the end of the 1800s, and has been recently restored, and at the same time converted into six spacious and well furnished apartments. They all have a magnificent rustic kitchen with four gas rings and refrigerator as well as own heating system, so you don't need to feel the cold in the low season. All of the apartments also have aircondition. Four of the apartments are on the ground floor, and the other two are on the first floor.
