Il Borgo di Punta Marana is situated 5 kilometers from the center of Porto Rotondo and approx. 100 m from the sea in the lovely Bay of Marinella. The small port in the bay and various shops are close by.

The buildings are connected to one another by porticos veneered with terracotta, wood and granite. The houses all face a characteristic small square with a tiny church and shops. In another building, approx. 250 m from the square, there are 5 apartments enjoying spectacular views of the Bay of Marinella.

A feature of the area around Il Borgo di Punta Marana is the lovely small sandy beaches intersected by impressive cliffs. The beaches are connected to one another by small paths running through the special Mediterranean macchia vegetation. Opposite the complex is the large white sandy Marinella beach.

The complex has a reception, bar, kiosk and car parking. More bars, ice cream parlours, restaurants and hire of bikes, scooters and boats are available at the nearby Marinella port. The closest supermarket is approx. 1.5 km away. There is a tennis court approx. 250 m from the apartments. In addition there is a playground and restaurant approx. 150 m from the buildings. Use of sun umbrellas and loungers on the nearest beach is included in the fee payable on site.

Nicely furnished apartments are available in Il Borgo di Punta Marana. They are either on the ground floor or the first floor and they all have TV, washing machine and dishwasher as well as private outdoor terrace or balcony with garden furniture.
