Borgo Santa Maria is on the borders of Tuscany, only 30 km from Montepulciano and 90 km from Siena. This old restored farmhouse complex has now been converted to 9 attractive apartments of different size and interior décor. They all have views over the stunning countryside. The apartments have satellite TV and a safe, and in the 3- and 4-room apartments there is also a dishwasher.


A large swimming pool (14 x 6 m) is available for apartment guests, and there is a fishing lake, covered parking, various games for children and adults, shared laundry room and mountain bikes. The small village Santa Maria is only 800 m away and here you will find a restaurant and shops. Finally we should point out the excellent walking opportunities along the marked paths in the neighbourhood.

The apartment consists of a kitchen/living room with fireplace, open space with double bed plus bedroom with double bed and bathroom with toilet. The apartment has a covered terrace with table and chairs. From the windows on the second floor there is a beautiful view of the valley.

The apartment has its own pergola with garden furniture against the house wall.
