Residence Elianto is situated along the sea by Tor Caldara approx. 3 km from Anzio town centre and approx. 800 m from the railway station in Villa Claudia. It is only a few meters from the sandy beach and shopping, bars and restaurants are within 200 m. In the high season there is often music on the beach at night, which can be annoying, therefore we recommend you to bring earplugs with you if you do not plan to participate to the party.


From Residence Elianto's splendid terraces there is direct access to the beach, which is on payment and it is also used by people who are not residents. Nearby there is a sports centre with various sports activities including tennis and football.


There is a bar, TV lounge and meeting room at Residence Elianto. A coin operated launderette is approx. 1 km from the apartments.


The apartments are all nicely furnished and have air conditioning, kitchenette with two electric hot plates and refrigerator plus bathroom with toilet and shower.
