Residenza Valverde is a fairly new holiday centre located a few meters from Parco del Levante, the town's large green park with playground and children's entertainment in addition to countless plants.

The place is right by a child friendly beach approx. 1 km from Cesenatico's town centre. There are two swimming pools (one of which is heated) with an area for children, hydromassage, crèche, billiards, table tennis, mini tennis, restaurant with air conditioning, garden and car park. Use of launderette, garage and Internet-Point is charged extra.

The apartments all have telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning (must be booked and payable on site), terrace with table and chairs, and sea views.
