Residenza Sport is located in the village Villa Marina a little south of the lively Cesenatico with its many cafés, restaurants and shops and its vibrant summer life. It is approx. 100 m from the sandy beach.

There are two swimming pools on site - one is heated - hydromassage, video games, billiards, table tennis and bicycles. Entertainment for children and adults is arranged.

The place consists of two buildings with a large pool area in the middle. One building houses hotel rooms, the other different sized apartments all fitted with TV, air conditioning (costs extra), safe deposit boxes, telephone and outdoor terrace with table and chairs.

-consists of living room with kitchenette and double bed with provision for extra bed, bathroom with toilet and shower or bath, and terrace.
