In the southern part of Tuscany close to the boarder with Lazio the farm Fattoria Palluccaro is located 5 km outside the town of Acquapendente. The lake Lago Bolsena is only a few kilometers away, and if you don't want to go that far for a swim there is an 11 x 6m swimming pool on the farm.

The owners themselves live on the farm, but as it is too big for them they have arranged four apartments on site. The apartments are tastefully furnished, are all on the ground floor and have their own small garden with outdoor furniture. There is also a communal washing machine for the use of guests.
