Santa Maria is set in the middle of the exciting Maremma. The coast is not far away, and neither is the attractive hinterland with the well known towns of Montalcino, Montepulciano and Pienza. The old farm stands between Campagnatico and Grosseto 25 km from the sea. There is also a 12 x 6 m swimming pool, for the times when you do not want to drive to the beach.

The owners live on the farm, which says something about the quality of the four apartments. In the garden there are chairs and tables as well as sun umbrellas. For the guests there is also a small launderette with washing machine and iron.
