Residence Ansá is set in the hills behind Capo d'Orlando approx. 2.5 km from the centre and the beach, and a few steps from the shops and the nearby restaurant Ristorante La Tettoia. The property is in a residential street approx. 150 m from the road connecting Capo d'Orlando with Naso – a national road with very little traffic as there are only a few hundred people living at Naso

Residence Ansá has three good apartments – two on the ground floor and one on the first. They can also be used by large families as there is a connecting door between the two apartments on the ground floor.

The apartments are all new and nicely furnished. They have air conditioning in the bedrooms and colour TV. The apartments on the ground floor share the terrace, which is enormous!

This two room apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for two, bedroom with double bed and air conditioning plus bathroom with toilet and shower. Just outside the entrance door is the apartment's own covered terrace with garden furniture – a bit further away is the shared terrace for the three apartments in the house.

This two room apartment is on the first floor and consists of a kitchen-dining room en-suite with living room with double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed with air conditioning and lovely sea view plus bathroom with toilet and shower. The apartments have a huge private terrace with sea view furnished with deckchairs, table, chairs and sun umbrella.

3-room apartment sleeps 6 (ground floor)

The only 3-room apartment is situated on the ground floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed that sleeps 2, bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, bedroom with bunk beds plus bathroom with toilet and shower. Right outside the entrance door is the apartment's own covered terrace with garden furniture – a bit further away you find the shared terrace for three apartments in the house.
