La Casa delle Zie is found in one of the oldest and most charismatic areas in Sampieri. Originally the building was a one storey fisherman's cottage. During the sixties it was extended upwards with one storey and the front was rebuilt. Shopping, ice cream bars, cafés and - in the peak season – a beach restaurant are all within 150 m of the house. The nearest pizzeria is in the higher part of town, approx. 600 m from the house.

The house stands at the end of the splendid square, just opposite the cliffs and the lovely sandy beach. It has 4 three-room apartments. The atmosphere is quite unique, furnishings and facilities are very simple and suitable for guests who do not set too much store by kitchen equipment and décor, but who want to enjoy the weather, atmosphere and surroundings.

The apartments all enjoy sea views and have terrace (ground floor) or balcony (first floor).

They are on the ground floor and consist of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, little bedroom with bunk beds and bathroom with toilet and shower. The apartments also have washing machine and a terrace with sea view just outside the door.

The apartment is on the first floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with toilet and shower. From the living room there is access to a balcony with a sea view. Thje apartment is equipped with aircondition.
