Appartamenti Sant'Elena is approx. 50 m from the beach in the newer part of Sampieri. There is a bar and shop right by the house as well as the town square, from where you have access to the beach. The nearest restaurant is a pizzeria, located a little way up the hill, approx. 500 m from the apartments.


The apartments are spacious and simply furnished. They all have balcony or terrace and are either on the ground or the first floor.


3-room apartment A sleeps 4
- Apartment A is on the first floor and sleeps 4. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with toilet and shower plus laundry room with washing machine. The apartment also has a balcony.
Two room apartment B sleeps 3
- Apartment B is on the first floor and sleeps 3. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and single bed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with toilet and shower plus washing machine. The apartment also has a large balcony with garden furniture and side sea view.
3-room apartment C sleeps 4
- Apartment C is on the ground floor and consists of a living room with dining table, kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower cabin and toilet. Outside the entrance is a shared covered terrace, where guests can relax and enjoy their meals or a drink. 
3-room apartment D sleeps 4
- Apartment D is on the ground floor and sleeps 4. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with toilet and shower plus washing machine. The apartment has a small veranda by the entrance.
Two room apartment E sleeps 3 + 1
- Apartment E is situated on raised ground floor level and sleeps 4. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom with double bed and single bed, bathroom with toilet and shower plus washing machine. It is possible to have an extra bed in the living room. Outside the door is the building's shared terrace and garden, where you can sit and enjoy your meals or a glass of wine.
