Close to the little town of Carceri you find the farm Agriturismo Maso del Conte. The farm dates back to the 1800s, and in addition to corn and wine production it also rents out six rooms (one on the ground floor and 5 on the first floor), and runs a restaurant. All the bedrooms have air conditioning, satellite TV and en suite bathroom.

Carceri is one kilometre away, and here there are bars, other restaurants and an impressive monastery – Abbazzia di Carceri – the origin of which dates back to the 12th century. Over the centuries it has been home to many different monastic orders and all have left their mark on the buildings.

Agriturismo Maso del Conte is a good base from which to explore Veneto. Here you can enjoy a relaxed stay in the country and at the same time take advantage of the many great sights within a short driving distance: Venice 45 km, Verona 50 km, Padova 30 km.
