The three apartments are situated in a beautiful 16th century old property in the centre of Rome's most popular quarter, Trastevere. From here public transport takes you all over Rome: bus lines 23 and 280 have stops close by, and they take you to the metro station Piramide in a few minutes.

Two room apartment A sleeps 2 + 2 (ground floor, approx. 45 m²):
Apartment A is situated on the ground floor and is approx. 45 m². The apartment has its own entrance from the street, large living room with exposed ceiling beams, kitchenette and sofa bed for two (extra charge for use of this), bedroom with double bed and bathroom with toilet and shower. The apartment also has satellite TV.

3-room apartment B sleeps 4 +2 (1st floor, approx. 60 m²):
Apartment B is on the first floor (without elevator) and is approx. 60 m². The apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed for two, which can be used for an extra charge, kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with toilet, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with toilet en suite. The apartment has satellite TV and a washing machine.

Attic apartment C sleeps 2 +1 (2nd & 3rd floor, approx. 40 m²):
Apartment C is a two storey apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floors (without elevator) and is approx. 40 m². The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with toilet and bath tub on the second floor. On the third floor there is a little living room with kitchenette and little terrace. This apartment also has satellite TV.

PLEASE NOTE: Keys to the apartment should be collected between 14:30 and 18:30 from Via Monte Brianzo 58. Should you arrive later or on Sundays or public Italian holidays, the taxi driver who takes you to the apartment will have the keys. It is therefore necessary to book a taxi (see taxi price). Please state estimated time of arrival and flight number, if possible, when booking.
