La Terrazza Ardesia is located in Gliaca di Piraino's town centre along the main street 250 m from the sandy beach.

It is an attic apartment on the 4th floor with sloping walls. It has a very spacious terrace with furniture and fantastic views over the sea from the cliffs of Piraino to the cape of Orlando. In spite of its central location, the noise from the street is muted because of the way the apartment is set back from the outer walls of the building and high up. There is an elevator to the 3rd floor and a locked car park with remote control.

The apartment is suitable for 2 people and consists of lounge with sofa and armchair plus TV and access to the large terrace (approx. 50 m˛), kitchen with stove, oven and big refrigerator as well as dining table and small covered balcony. There is also a bedroom with double bed and TV, air conditioning and bathroom with shower and toilet.

REMARK: We would not recommend this apartment to anyone over 1.90 m tall as the sloping walls would make life intolerable!
