Residence I Cormorani is located in a lovely green neighbourhood approx. 600 m from Loanos's centre, 200 m from shops and a mere 800 m from the water. In addition to a wonderful location, well kept buildings and a lovely flower filled garden Residence I Cormorani has a reception, living room with bar, billiard, video games, playground and a swimming pool with bubble bath, children's section and sun loungers. The pool is open from Easter till the end of the season.


For an extra charge you can play table tennis and football, use the washing machine and hire bikes. On the nearby beach guests from Residence I Cormorani get a discount on the hire of sun loungers and sun umbrellas.


The apartments are simply furnished and all have telephone, satellite TV, safe and heating, and each apartment is allocated garage space.


Two room apartment sleeps 4 - type B4
- The apartments are 38-40 m². They consist of a bedroom with double bed, living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette with fridge and four gas rings, bathroom and balcony.
Two room apartment sleeps 5 - type B5
- The apartments are approx. 45 m². They consist of a bedroom with double bed and single bed, living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette with fridge and four gas rings, bathroom and balcony.
3-room apartment sleeps 6 - type C6
- The apartments are approx. 55 m². They are on two floors and consist of a bedroom with double bed, living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette with fridge and four gas rings, open sleeping loft with two beds, bathroom and roof terrace.
3-room apartment sleeps 7 - type C7
- The apartments are approx. 60 m². They are on two floors and consist of a bedroom with double bed, living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette with fridge and four gas rings, open sleeping loft with two beds, bathroom and roof terrace. The 7th bed can be made up either in the bedroom or on the sleeping loft.
