Located 400 m above the seaside resort of Pietra Ligure, Residence Sant'Anna enjoys views over the town, the surrounding hills and the water 600 m away.

There is a reception, lounge with bar and satellite TV, kiosk, playroom, launderette and elevator. Outside there is a large terrace, barbecue area, playground and swimming pool (18 x 8 m) with children's section (5 x 6 m, 1 m deep). The swimming pool is open from middle of May till end of October, weather permitting. Guests can also use Residence Sant'Anna's supervised car park, or hire a garage space.

The apartments on site all have telephone, satellite TV, safe and balcony with two chairs and table, not forgetting the sea views.
