Villa Sapienza is situated in a quiet area with the road connecting San Gregorio to Naso running behind it, but this road carries very little traffic. The beach is 5 km away (approx. 10 minutes by car) and the house is set high above the sea (300 m). From here you can see all the way from Capo d'Orlando to Capo Calavá with the Aeolian islands on the horizon. The nearest restaurant-pizzeria is approx. 600 m away (da Nino Zac). The house is also equipped with barbecue, TV and washing machine.

The house is surrounded by a fence, although there is not much space outside. The terraces, however, fully compensate for the lack of garden space. They are very large and furnished with garden table and chairs as well as sun umbrella.

Villa sleeping 6:
The house is split over three floors and can accommodate up to 8 people:
- On the ground floor there is an enormous living room divided into two areas: eating area with kitchen and dining table, and lounge area with table, chairs and sofa bed. From the windows you can see the sea through the greenery. On this floor there is also a bathroom with toilet and a bedroom with double bed.

- On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double bed and access to the large terrace with sea views running along the house, bathroom with toilet and bath tub, and small living room with double sofa bed also with access to the terrace.
- On the second floor there is another bedroom with own bathroom with toilet and shower, and access to a large covered terrace, also enjoying sea views.
